Job Description
As an IT Manager at Le Méridien Putrajaya, you will oversee the daily operations of IT systems and collaborate with property executives and vendors to resolve technical issues. You will ensure network security and manage IT projects within budget to support the hotel's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology planning and implementation to meet property objectives.
- Manage hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure network security and backup recovery processes are in place.
- Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed within budget.
- Collaborate with property executives to resolve technical issues.
- Enforce company policies and brand standards in IT operations.
- Provide support and training to staff on IT systems and tools.
Job Requirements
BS/BA degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar IT management role.
Professional system-related certifications are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify technical issues.
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with executives and staff.
