As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. You will assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, while also documenting issues and solutions for future reference. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and providing training to staff on new technologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering excellent service to all users.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
