Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information effectively
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Familiarity with hardware installations and configurations
Strong customer service orientation
