Job Description
The Job Controller will engage in daily operations that involve job distribution, coordination of job execution, and monitoring progress within the Carsome Certified Lab. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and collaboration with team members and contractors to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute jobs among consultants to optimize workflow.
- Coordinate job execution to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor progress of refurbishment operations to maintain quality standards.
- Oversee refurbishment operations to ensure adherence to production targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contractors.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation related to job progress and quality checks.
Job Requirements
At least MLVK Level 3 Certified in Automotive Body Repair & Automotive Engineering Technology or related course.
Minimum 3 years experience as Job Controller.
Experience in automotive after-sales, specifically in Service and Body & Paint.
Familiarity with After Sales / Body & Paint / Assembly Plant skills.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Valid driving license required.
