In this role, you will manage various operational tasks that support Key Account Managers and merchants, including brand tagging, outlet onboarding, and menu updates. You will also maintain data accuracy across reports and trackers, monitor performance dashboards, and resolve operational issues by collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage brand tagging and outlet onboarding processes.
- Update and maintain merchant menus in the ShopeeFood template.
- Ensure data accuracy across reports and trackers.
- Monitor performance dashboards to track operational metrics.
