Role Summary
The Junior Executive, Supply Chain is responsible for assisting in the management of daily orders and stock deliveries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient supply chain operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive to manage daily supply chain activities. You will be involved in updating records, coordinating deliveries, and addressing customer inquiries in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily orders and stock deliveries to customers.
- Update records in the Warehouse Management System.
- Coordinate with transporters and delivery agents.
- Consolidate and file supply chain documents.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
- Update inventory regularly.
- Support warehouse logistics and supply chain issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
At least SPM/Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics experience.
Possess general knowledge and practical training in transportation delivery duties.
Experience in truck repairing and maintenance is an added advantage.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
