
This role involves assisting with the management of daily orders, planning and executing stock deliveries, and updating warehouse records. The position also includes coordinating with transporters, handling supply chain documentation, and managing customer inquiries and complaints. The candidate will support various warehouse logistics and supply chain activities while performing other designated duties.
The role involves assisting the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive in managing daily orders, planning, and executing stock deliveries to customers. The candidate will update records in the Warehouse Management System, coordinate with transporters and delivery agents, consolidate and file supply chain documents, manage customer enquiries and complaints, update inventory regularly, support warehouse logistics and supply chain issues, and perform other duties as assigned.

At least SPM/Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year and above of supply chain, warehousing and logistics experience.
Possess general knowledge and practical training in transportation delivery duties.
Experience in truck repairing and maintenance is an added advantage.
Possess a good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin or other languages as an added advantage.
Good communication skills, independence and problem-solving, proactive and competent in supply chain duties.
