
The Key Account Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager at GLAMPICK is responsible for managing key accounts in the beauty and skincare sector, leveraging strong interpersonal and analytical skills to drive sales and maintain relationships across various channels.
Key Account Management
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles within the beauty, skincare, FMCG, or retail industries.
Experience managing modern trade, pharmacy, specialty beauty retail, or e-commerce channels is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial awareness with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
