
The Senior Executive, ECommerce at GLAMPICK is responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, optimizing online platforms, driving sales through marketing campaigns, and leading a team of e-commerce professionals while analyzing performance metrics.
E-commerce Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and improve online presence. Plan and execute promotional campaigns across different e-commerce platforms. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Develop quarterly sales forecasts and budgets. Platform Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize online stores, including product listings, website content, and user experience. Oversee the creation of product images and compelling product descriptions. Ensure smooth website functionality and a seamless customer journey. Sales & Marketing: Drive online sales through effective marketing campaigns and promotions. Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with e-commerce partners. Collaborate with marketing teams to improve brand visibility and customer engagement. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service. Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives. Prepare reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and other relevant metrics. Inventory Management & Operations: Oversee inventory levels and ensure product availability. Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and logistics. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and efficient customer service operations.
Degree in eCommerce/Marketing/related fields
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and company websites.
Proven experience in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
Leadership and team management experience.
