
The Store Assistant/Supervisor at GLAMPICK is responsible for daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales targets while maintaining store organization and cleanliness. The role requires teamwork and effective communication to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in daily store operations including opening and closing • Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations • Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays • Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues when needed • Receive and organize stock, and ensure shelves are well-stocked • Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies • Work closely with the team and follow guidance from the Store Manager • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Preferably 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience (beauty industry experience is an added advantage).
Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good communication and customer service skills
