The Store Assistant / Supervisor (K-Beauty) is responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to sales performance in a dynamic retail environment.

In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers while promoting K-Beauty products. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain the store's visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store operations including opening and closing
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays
• Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Receive and organize stock, and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies
• Work closely with the team and follow guidance from the Store Manager
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
