The Key Account Management - Cross Border is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Seller Management Team across various Cross Border countries. Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve negotiating deals, analyzing sales performance, and educating sellers on increasing traction. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with various teams to identify market gaps and manage pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Seller Management Team.
- Create strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Educate sellers on increasing traction and sales performance.

Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1 to 3 years of working experience.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
