
The Key Accounts / Business Development role is responsible for supporting key accounts through effective administrative and coordination tasks. This position plays a vital role in streamlining operations and enhancing client relationships, contributing significantly to the success of our business development efforts.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing data analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. You will be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1–3 years of experience in business operations, account management support, business analysis, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or CRM systems is an advantage.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
