Job Description
Kitchen Support Experts play an important role in supporting various hotel functions, including the kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining areas. They perform tasks such as preparing clean linens and dining ware, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, and transporting dishware throughout the hotel. These associates are responsible for following company safety and security policies, maintaining a professional appearance, and supporting team goals to ensure high-quality standards.
Job Requirements
Ability to follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
Capability to report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Completion of safety training and certifications as required.
Ability to maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
Commitment to confidentiality and protection of company assets.
Effective communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform movements such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
