Responsible for managing the full project cycle of Korean transcription and translation services, including resource management, quality assessment, and stakeholder coordination for financial events.
As a Korean Project Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Korean transcription and translation projects. Your role involves recruiting and scheduling resources, tracking financial events of publicly-listed Korean companies, and performing rigorous quality checks on transcribed content. You will also handle corporate outreach, maintain freelancer relationships, and drive workflow efficiencies to ensure high-quality delivery for financial clients.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of Translation.
Native level proficiency in Korean and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Prior experience working in translation or transcription services is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
High level of interpersonal skills for maintaining global freelancer/vendor relationships.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
