The Korean Project Coordinator, Transcripts role involves managing Korean transcription projects from start to finish for individuals or vendors. The position includes recruitment, training, scheduling, support, and evaluation of transcription and translation resources, as well as overseeing the tracking and monitoring of events related to publicly listed companies in Korea. The coordinator is responsible for coordinating event scheduling and assignments, quality checks, revision assessments, and maintaining vendor partnerships globally.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills in both English and native-level Korean, written and spoken.

Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in translation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Experience in translation work is preferred.

High level of interpersonal skills.
