Role Summary

The Korean Project Coordinator, Transcripts is responsible for managing Korean transcription projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating various tasks related to transcription and translation resources while ensuring quality and efficiency in a global environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of Korean transcription projects, working closely with individuals and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will be involved in recruitment, training, and support of transcription resources, while also monitoring events related to publicly listed companies in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Korean transcription projects from initiation to completion.
  • Recruit and train transcription and translation resources.
  • Schedule and coordinate events and assignments.
  • Conduct quality checks and revision assessments.
  • Monitor and track events related to publicly listed companies in Korea.
  • Maintain and strengthen vendor partnerships globally.
  • Provide ongoing support and evaluation of resources.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in translation.

Experience in translation work is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in both English and native-level Korean, written and spoken.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

High level of interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
