In this role, you will conduct weekly quality assurance reviews of KYC agents, providing coaching based on performance assessments. You will prepare detailed reports on findings and collaborate with KYC teams to identify process inefficiencies. Additionally, you will assist in developing training programs to enhance KYC knowledge across the organization.
