As a Labor and Employment Counsel Manager, you will provide strategic and pragmatic legal advice on employment matters including HR, employee relations, and inclusion and diversity. You will oversee litigation in coordination with external counsel and provide critical support for transactional matters such as outsourcing and acquisitions. The role involves managing industrial relations, developing internal legal toolkits, and staying updated on regional legal developments to ensure business compliance.
Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in an Employment Law team.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) preferred.
Proven experience in private practice or an in-house legal environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong expertise in managing litigation and external counsel relationships.
Ability to provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing deals.
Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
Exposure to cross-border work or European projects is preferred.
