Job Description
As the Lead/Head of Information Security, you will develop and execute the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, serve as a subject matter expert for senior leadership, and establish information security policies. You will oversee security audits, manage cybersecurity incidents, and drive continuous improvement in the cybersecurity posture. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring cybersecurity specialists to foster a culture of security awareness.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in information security
At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience leading information security programs in Malaysia
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
Strong technical acumen across various security domains
Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle
