Role Summary
The SAP FICO Lead will be responsible for supporting and enhancing finance systems at Pos Malaysia. This role involves troubleshooting, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various teams to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Job Description
As an SAP FICO Lead, you will provide end-to-end L2/L3 support for SAP FICO, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. You will support change requests, troubleshoot issues across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting, and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Your role includes communicating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6–10 years of SAP FICO experience (FI & CO modules)
Strong functional knowledge in GL, AP, AR, AA, and Cost Controlling
Proven experience in L2/L3 support environment
Experience with SAP ECC; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage
Strong understanding of integration with MM and SD modules
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills with ability to engage cross-functional teams
