Job Description
As an SAP FICO Lead, you will engage in daily support activities, troubleshooting issues across various financial modules and assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities. You will communicate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end L2/L3 support for SAP FICO.
- Troubleshoot issues across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
- Support change requests and service requests.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6–10 years of SAP FICO experience (FI & CO modules).
Proven experience in L2/L3 support environment.
Experience with SAP ECC; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.
Strong understanding of integration with MM and SD modules.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
