Job Description

The Learning & Development Executive at Renaissance Johor Bahru is responsible for conducting training sessions and orientations for employees. This role involves assisting in training hiring managers and interviewers, scheduling and coordinating applicant interviews, conducting interviews, and ensuring communication of company grooming standards. The executive also participates in the design and development of training programs, manages training materials, prepares training classes, and supports adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

No supervisory experience is required.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
