The Learning Operations & Administration Specialist supports the Group Learning team by ensuring the high-quality execution of development programs. This role involves managing vendor onboarding, contracts, and budget tracking while coordinating logistics for workshops and events. You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), maintain training records, and provide data-driven insights through reporting. Additionally, the role acts as a primary contact for learning queries and collaborates with HR and IT to enhance the overall employee learning experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in learning operations, HR administration, or program coordination preferred.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data visualization tools such as Excel or Power BI.
Basic understanding of learning and development processes and systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
