The Learning Operations & Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the Group Learning team by ensuring the high-quality execution of development programs. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall employee learning experience through effective management of logistics, vendor relations, and data insights.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve managing vendor onboarding, coordinating logistics for workshops, and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS). You will also be responsible for tracking budgets and providing data-driven insights to improve learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in learning operations, HR administration, or program coordination preferred.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data visualization tools such as Excel or Power BI.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
