In this role, you will work closely with educators to enhance the learning experience for all students, ensuring that diverse needs are met effectively. You will engage in curriculum planning and contribute to professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in identifying and addressing student learning needs.
- Collaborate with subject specialists to enhance curriculum delivery.
- Provide guidance in curriculum planning to ensure inclusivity.
- Facilitate professional learning and development meetings.
- Monitor and assess student progress and engagement.
- Develop strategies to support bilingual and multilingual learners.
- Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the learning environment.
Job Requirements
A relevant degree plus teaching qualification or equivalent.
Higher degree or recognized professional qualification in Special Education, Psychology, or Social Work is preferred.
Evidence of continued relevant professional development.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an international school environment preferred.
Experience working with bilingual and multilingual learners and learners with diverse needs.
