The role involves participating in curriculum development, supporting postgraduate students' research projects, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Additionally, the lecturer is engaged in scholarly research activities such as conducting research, presenting at conferences, publishing in journals, and securing research grants. Administrative duties include attending meetings, participating in committees, and establishing linkages with external organizations and professional bodies.
Possess a doctoral degree in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice from a recognised university.
Hold a first degree in Pharmacy and be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
Have experience in a higher education environment with a track record in teaching, curriculum development, coaching, mentoring, and effective presentation skills.
Demonstrate experience in developing teaching materials and methodologies, including the use of IT technologies for teaching and learning facilitation.
Have experience in research projects or professional practice/consultancy work with evidence of outputs.
Show established connections to relevant external organisations and/or the profession.
