Role Summary

The Lecturer cum Programme Leader (Early Childhood Education) is responsible for leading educational initiatives in Early Childhood Education and Special Education Needs. This role significantly impacts student learning and development through effective teaching and program management.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily teaching activities, develop lesson plans, and support students in their academic journey. You will work collaboratively with faculty and staff in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop lesson plans for Early Childhood Education courses.
  • Conduct lectures and tutorials to facilitate student learning.
  • Supervise final-year projects to ensure academic integrity and quality.
  • Monitor and report on student progress to stakeholders.
  • Set and mark assessments to evaluate student performance.

Job Requirements
