Lecturer – Taylor's College

The Lecturer - Design is responsible for delivering high-quality education in design. This role involves engaging with students through teaching, curriculum development, and administrative responsibilities to foster an enriching learning environment.

The Lecturer - Design will undertake daily teaching activities, including preparing materials, conducting classes, and providing student consultations. The role also requires participation in curriculum development and maintaining high teaching standards to meet the College's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare teaching materials for courses.
• Conduct classes, tutorials, and practical sessions for students.
• Provide consultations and support to students in their learning journey.
• Participate in programme and curriculum development initiatives.
• Plan and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
• Maintain student records and monitor academic progress.
• Engage in administrative duties, including attending meetings and participating in committees.
• Contribute to college promotional events and professional development activities.
