The lecturer participates in high-quality programme and curriculum development, plans and implements teaching strategies to optimize student learning and motivation, and maintains high standards of teaching and effective learning to meet college expectations. Additionally, the lecturer undertakes administrative responsibilities such as attending departmental meetings, participating in committees and working groups, engaging in continuous professional development, maintaining accurate and timely student performance records, providing testimonials when required, and participating in academic counseling during promotional events.
