The Lecturer, Early Childhood Education is responsible for preparing lesson plans, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions. This role involves utilizing the learning management system to enhance student learning and preparing various teaching materials such as notes, manuals, slides, and readings. The lecturer is also expected to develop, review, and update lesson plans and syllabi to reflect current practices, prepare examination questions and marking schemes timely, maintain course portfolios, and act as an academic advisor and mentor to students providing pastoral support.
