Job Description
The Lecturer will undertake teaching and teaching-related duties, including the design and preparation of teaching materials, conducting classes, and assessing student performance. The role also includes participation in program development and supporting research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop teaching materials for early childhood education courses.
- Conduct classes, tutorials, and practical sessions for students.
- Consult with students to support their learning and academic progress.
- Participate in curriculum development and implementation of teaching strategies.
- Support research project work and scholarship of postgraduate students.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research and conference presentations.
- Undertake administrative responsibilities, including attending meetings and committees.
Job Requirements
Possess a PhD from a recognized university in Early Childhood Education or relevant fields.
Have a publication record with at least 1-2 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last 5 years.
Experience in a higher education environment with a track record of teaching.
Proven experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials.
Experience working on research projects or professional practice.
