Lecturer – Taylor's College

The Lecturer - Early Childhood Education is responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering student learning. This role involves engaging in curriculum development, teaching, and scholarly activities within a dynamic academic environment.

The Lecturer will undertake teaching and teaching-related duties, including the design and preparation of teaching materials, conducting classes, and assessing student performance. The role also includes participation in program development and supporting research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop teaching materials for early childhood education courses.
• Conduct classes, tutorials, and practical sessions for students.
• Consult with students to support their learning and academic progress.
• Participate in curriculum development and implementation of teaching strategies.
• Support research project work and scholarship of postgraduate students.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research and conference presentations.
• Undertake administrative responsibilities, including attending meetings and committees.
