
The Lecturer - English (Foundation) is responsible for teaching English to foundation students. This role significantly impacts student learning and development within the academic environment of Taylor's College.
The Lecturer - English (Foundation) engages in daily teaching activities, including designing and preparing educational materials, conducting classes, and assessing student performance. The role also involves collaboration in curriculum development and maintaining high teaching standards to meet the College's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Education, TESL, English Language Studies, Literature, or a related field.
Preferred Master's degree or PhD in relevant disciplines.
Minimum of two (2) years' teaching experience at the higher education level.
Demonstrated connections to relevant external organizations or the profession.
Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials.
Proficiency in using IT technologies for teaching and learning.
