
The Lecturer - General Subjects (MPU) is responsible for delivering high-quality education in various general subjects. This role involves engaging with students, developing innovative teaching methodologies, and contributing to curriculum development in a higher education environment.
The day-to-day work of the Lecturer involves designing and preparing teaching materials, conducting classes and tutorials, and consulting with students. The lecturer will also participate in research activities and administrative responsibilities within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
PhD from a recognized university in Social Sciences / Humanities.
Experience teaching MPU subjects such as Philosophy and Current Issues, Ethical Appreciation and Civilization, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Courses, and other MPU modules (U2-U4 category).
Ability to attend the Training of Trainers (TOT) programme provided by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
Publication in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last five years with at least 2 publications in Social Sciences.
Experience in a higher education environment with a strong track record in teaching and curriculum development.
