Additionally, the lecturer engages in research activities such as undertaking research, presenting at conferences, publishing in journals, supporting grant applications, and achieving research outcomes. Administrative duties include attending meetings, participating in committees and working groups, engaging in professional activities, and assisting in establishing linkages with external organizations and professional bodies.
