This role involves participation in curriculum development, implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning, supporting postgraduate research projects, and maintaining high teaching standards in line with University expectations. In addition to teaching duties, the lecturer will engage in scholarly research activities such as conducting research, presenting at conferences, publishing journal articles, and community involvement. They will also support grant applications for research and aim to meet specified research outcome targets. Administrative responsibilities include attending departmental meetings, participating in committees and professional activities, and fostering linkages with external organizations relevant to academic matters.
