
The Legal Contract Management System Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of commercial and vendor contracts through the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role involves managing the system across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and facilitating efficient contract management and reporting by acting as a liaison among Legal, Internal Audit, Purchasing, Finance, and business teams.
The Legal Contract Management System Coordinator plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of contracts, ensuring that all processes are followed efficiently and effectively. The work environment is collaborative, involving interaction with various departments to streamline contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or degree in law, business administration, IT system management, or a related field.
Ideally at least 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or administrative support.
Proficiency in CLM systems and familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and SharePoint.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus.
