Role Summary
The Logistic & Warehouse Executive is responsible for coordinating and monitoring inventory with third-party logistics providers and warehouses. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient inventory flow and compliance with regulations in a dynamic logistics environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations involving inventory management and shipment coordination. You will work closely with various teams to support warehouse operations and optimize logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor inventory with third-party logistics providers.
- Manage local and overseas shipments to ensure compliance with customs and regulations.
- Track and maintain accurate stock records across various systems.
- Support warehouse operations for stock inbound and outbound processes.
- Assist in order fulfillment for online platforms.
- Prepare and review inventory reports and shipment documents.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to optimize inventory flow.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
Experience with bonded warehouse & 3PL is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiar with inventory management systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
