Job Description
In this role, you will manage and expand a portfolio of large merchants on the ShopeeFood platform. Your responsibilities include analyzing merchant data to identify growth opportunities, achieving monthly KPIs through campaigns, and supporting merchants with onboarding and operations. You will also monitor performance and engage with merchants to ensure sustained growth.
Job Requirements
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Degree in any field; Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin is a plus
Basic business analytics and problem-solving skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
