Job Description
In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment focused on driving growth for large merchants on the ShopeeFood platform. Your day-to-day activities will include analyzing data, supporting merchant onboarding, and monitoring performance to achieve key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of large merchants on the ShopeeFood platform.
- Analyze merchant data to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly KPIs through targeted campaigns.
- Support merchants with onboarding and operational processes.
- Monitor merchant performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Engage with merchants to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance merchant experience.
Job Requirements
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Degree in any field; Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin is a plus.
Basic business analytics and problem-solving skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
