Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol all areas of the property to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with room access and address their security concerns.
• Monitor security systems including CCTV and alarms.
• Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential risks.
• Respond promptly to accidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of security-related information.
• Conduct investigations and interviews as necessary.
