The role includes responding to emergencies, conducting physical hazard inspections, handling incidents and disturbances, and maintaining confidentiality of security-related information. The officer also supports guest service functions by anticipating and addressing service needs while ensuring safety and security on the premises.
Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire work shifts.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.
Must possess fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and over uneven, slippery, or sloping surfaces.
Ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach overhead and below the knees.
Good communication skills to speak clearly and professionally.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support teamwork.
Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Basic skills to read, visually verify information, and operate computers or point of sale systems.
Physical ability to respond quickly to work situations, including running or jogging when needed.
No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
