The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for conducting key control audits, monitoring electronic key boxes, and ensuring the safekeeping of master keys, radios, and beepers. This role involves patrolling the property, assisting guests with room access, monitoring security systems, responding to accidents, and assisting during emergency situations. The supervisor completes incident and activity reports, manages safety hazards, escorts unwelcome persons, and supports loss prevention training and motivation efforts. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, following company policies, and providing professional guest interaction.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to conduct security patrols and monitor security systems.
Capability to respond to emergencies including administering first aid or CPR.
Skill in writing and typing clear security and incident reports.
Capacity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and perform duties requiring fine motor skills and movement in various environments.
Effective communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to develop positive work relationships and support team goals.
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures consistently.
No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
Compliance with any additional state licensing or registration requirements as applicable.
