The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property and its guests. This role involves active monitoring, incident reporting, and collaboration with team members to maintain a secure environment.

In this role, the Loss Prevention Supervisor conducts regular patrols, monitors security systems, and assists guests with room access. The position requires a proactive approach to safety and effective communication with both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct key control audits to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Monitor electronic key boxes and manage the safekeeping of master keys.
• Patrol the property to deter and detect security breaches.
• Assist guests with room access and respond to their inquiries.
• Monitor security systems and report any irregularities.
• Respond to accidents and assist during emergency situations.
• Complete incident and activity reports accurately and promptly.
• Manage safety hazards and escort unwelcome persons from the property.
• Support loss prevention training and motivate team members.
