The Loss Prevention Supervisor at Marriott Executive Apartments Kuala Lumpur is responsible for patrolling the property, securing rooms, assisting guests with room access, and monitoring security systems including Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. This role involves conducting emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and handling incidents such as accidents and disturbances in compliance with company policies. The supervisor also assists in training employees and ensures adherence to quality and safety standards while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms.
Ability to conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections.
Skills to monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
Capability to handle emergencies including administering first aid or CPR.
Strong communication skills for interviewing and reporting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of reports and proprietary information.
Capability to resolve safety hazards and handle complaints.
Physical ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and more with help.
Ability to work in varying physical conditions including standing or walking for extended periods.
Ability to use computers and point of sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
Willingness to follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
