The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for patrolling all areas of the property to ensure safety and security. This role involves conducting emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and monitoring security systems such as Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. The supervisor authorizes and documents access to secured areas, assists guests and employees during emergencies, responds to accidents, and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. They also handle disturbances, ensure compliance with laws, and support the training and coaching of employees.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
