M&E Technician III – Marriott International

The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for responding independently to guest repair requests and performing preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a hotel setting. This role also includes maintaining inventory, training junior engineers, and supporting guest service standards while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

The M&E Technician III is responsible for responding to and attending guest repair requests with minimal supervision. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, visual inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs across various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The technician must maintain inventory, communicate shift activities, and demonstrate proficiency in multiple technical categories while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Additionally, the role requires the ability to train others, perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, and support guest service standards in a professional and courteous manner.
