Job Description
The M&E Technician III engages in daily maintenance tasks, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across various systems. This position requires effective communication with guests and team members while working independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to and attend to guest repair requests with minimal supervision. - Perform preventive maintenance and visual inspections on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Troubleshoot and conduct basic repairs across various systems. - Maintain inventory and communicate shift activities effectively. - Demonstrate proficiency in multiple technical categories. - Train and mentor junior engineers. - Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with vocational or technical background.
At least 2 years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience.
Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
