The Maintenance Planner Manufacturing role at CBRE involves working with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure the completion of facility tasks and work orders. This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, supporting Property Managers in all repairs and investment plans for a set of assets. The job includes performing non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial, and minor repair duties under close supervision, while complying with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives. Responsibilities also cover general labor tasks, maintenance of lighting systems, grounds, and property appearance, as well as responding to emergency situations and facilitating office moves.
Ability to perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial, and minor repair duties under supervision.
Compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Capability to perform general labor work including loading, unloading, moving materials, and running errands to support projects.
Experience in maintaining lighting systems by cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
Ability to maintain grounds of a facility or property including tasks like raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
Skill in patrolling grounds, common areas, and parking facilities to identify and report maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns.
Competence in housekeeping functions and maintaining professional appearances of property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
Ability to perform minor repairs such as painting and patching drywall under supervision.
Experience in facilitating office access and office moves by providing moving crates, assembling furniture, managing office keys and nameplates, and maintaining key inventory.
Responsiveness in emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Ability to prepare meeting and conference rooms by arranging tables and chairs and setting up audio/visual equipment as requested.
