Job Description
The Maintenance Technician at U Mall, located in Taman Universiti Johor, engages in day-to-day maintenance activities within a dynamic work environment. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to ensure all building systems function efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Assist in emergency repairs and standby duties as required.
Job Requirements
Possess PW4/PW2 Certificate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and building systems.
Willingness to work on shift rotation, including weekends or public holidays.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
