
The Manager - Capital Project & Infrastructure is responsible for leading a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a Manager in PwC Malaysia's Capital Projects & Infrastructure team, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve analyzing complex ideas and fostering collaboration across teams. You will lead a team, support their development, and drive initiatives that align with the firm's values.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, debt capital markets, corporate strategy, project management, or engineering.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is encouraged.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholder interests.
Ability to navigate complex discussions and mediate conflicts.
Solid technical abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong business and client relationship network.
Ability to present to various stakeholders at all levels.
