Job Description
The Manager - Civil & Structural is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and managing the daily operations of the department, especially in technical design, engineering, development, construction, and installation of civil and structural works for project implementation and tender submissions. This role involves monitoring staff performance, reviewing design documents and drawings for client approval, liaising with various stakeholders, supervising subordinates and subcontractors on-site, assisting in negotiations for materials and subcontracting, and supporting tender bidding activities as required.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with Professional Engineer license (PE).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the analysis and design of concrete and steel structures and coordination of multi-discipline design of which 5 years in Managerial level.
Relevant experience in Water Treatment Plant Design and Built and/or Maintenance of Civil & Structural works would be an added advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and material requisitions and of construction methods for concrete and steel structures.
Independent, result-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills as well as a team player.
