Job Description
As the Manager of Cloud Services, you will oversee AIA's information technology infrastructure and software applications. You are responsible for providing technical expertise in network facilities management and the configuration of hardware like servers and routers. Additionally, you will administer web system hardware and operating systems while delivering both on-site and remote support to internal users to ensure high operational efficiency across the organization.

Extensive experience in managing information technology infrastructure and software applications.
Technical expertise in managing network facilities and network administration.
Proficiency in configuring, installing, and upgrading hardware, including servers and switches.
Skilled in administering web system hardware and operating system software.
