Role Summary
The Manager EH&S is responsible for overseeing environmental health and safety protocols within the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe work environment for all employees.
Job Description
In this position, you will manage day-to-day operations related to environmental health and safety, ensuring that all protocols are followed effectively. You will work closely with various teams to promote a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement environmental health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Develop and deliver training programs on safety practices.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance activities.
- Lead investigations into safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in EH&S management.
Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
Strong understanding of local and international safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
