The Finance Manager will engage in the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. The role involves developing financial forecasts, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

At least 8 years’ experience handling full sets of accounts.
3–5 years in the property development industry.
Candidates with audit experience in the property industry are encouraged to apply.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or MIA membership will be an advantage.
