Role Summary
The Manager, HP Financing is responsible for evaluating and approving loan applications while ensuring compliance with bank policies. This role involves monitoring branch productivity and providing guidance on credit matters to maintain loan asset quality.
Job Description
Evaluate and approve Hire Purchase (HP) loan applications received from Branches/ HP Centres/ HP Hubs in accordance with the Discretionary Power (DP) granted or recommend for Higher Management’s decision. Monitor productivity of assigned Branches/ HP Centres and provide advice and guidance on credit related matters. Ensure that HP credit propositions are processed within the standard turnaround time and in accordance with the Bank’s established credit policies and strategic direction of lending.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in credit processing/ evaluation in a financial institution or financial service industry
Strong verbal and communication skills
Analytical and able to work independently
