Role Summary
The Manager, HP Financing is responsible for evaluating and approving Hire Purchase loan applications. This role involves monitoring productivity and providing guidance on credit-related matters to ensure compliance with the bank's policies.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily evaluation of loan applications and collaborate with various branches and centers. You will ensure that credit propositions are processed efficiently and in line with the bank's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve Hire Purchase loan applications in accordance with Discretionary Power.
- Recommend applications for Higher Management’s decision when necessary.
- Monitor productivity of assigned Branches and HP Centres.
- Provide advice and guidance on credit-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s established credit policies.
- Process HP credit propositions within standard turnaround times.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance credit processing efficiency.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in credit processing or evaluation in a financial institution.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
