
The Manager, Institutional Sales is responsible for identifying and cultivating prospects and clients within the institutional investment sector. This role involves engaging with institutional investors and consultants to drive sales and enhance the brand presence of Manulife Investment Management.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include following up on new business meetings and closing sales with institutional clients. You will collaborate with various internal teams to prepare essential documentation and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales business development or a similar role within investment management or financial services.
Highly organized and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills and resilience under pressure.
A collaborative team player with initiative and a positive attitude.
