Manager, Investor Relations – AirAsia

The Manager, Investor Relations is responsible for leading and executing the fundraising strategy for AirAsia MOVE. This role involves managing relationships with key institutional and strategic investors in a high-growth technology environment.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day fundraising efforts and engage with a global network of investors. You will serve as the primary contact for external investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital raising efforts including equity and strategic financing rounds.
• Develop investment theses and financial projections.
• Create investor materials and manage the fundraising process.
• Engage with a global network of investors.
• Execute investor relations programs and organize investor events.
• Conduct market and financial analysis to support strategic planning.
• Provide financial and market intelligence to the Executive Team.
