Role Summary
The Manager, Investor Relations is responsible for leading and executing the fundraising strategy for AirAsia MOVE. This role involves managing relationships with key institutional and strategic investors in a high-growth technology environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day fundraising efforts and engage with a global network of investors. You will serve as the primary contact for external investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital raising efforts including equity and strategic financing rounds.
- Develop investment theses and financial projections.
- Create investor materials and manage the fundraising process.
- Engage with a global network of investors.
- Execute investor relations programs and organize investor events.
- Conduct market and financial analysis to support strategic planning.
- Provide financial and market intelligence to the Executive Team.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or a similar high-impact Corporate Finance role within a technology company.
Demonstrated success in leading and closing multi-million or multi-hundred-million-dollar fundraises/transactions.
Experience with pre-IPO rounds or public market preparation is a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
Strong network within the global or APAC PE/VC/Investment community is highly desirable.
